Mini-Symposium on “Fuzzy modeling, estimation, and control of nonlinear dynamic systems”

Fuzzy logic control has been successfully applied to many industrial and commercial fields for last three decades. The main advantage is that the exact dynamical equation of the controlled plant is not necessary. However, the major drawback is that the heuristics-based fuzzy control can not promise the stability of the closed-loop system. This mini-symposium focuses on the systematic analysis and control design of nonlinear dynamic systems via fuzzy modeling, estimation, and control methodologies. All presented papers will be published in the Proceedings and the excellent papers will be recommended for publication in International Journal of Nonlinear Sciences and Numerical Simulations or Chaos Solitons and Fractals, or other journals after the Symposium.
