Here is the information related to registration fees and submission of your final manuscript_s. Your paper is attached in the attachment, you can make necessary modifications both in English and text, send back the revised with same file name . The author is strongly encouraged to limit his/her paper within 6 printed pages, References should be within 12 (This is role is invalid for invited lecture) .

The sender should identify himself/herself by indicating in the "Sender to Receiver Information" is 2007ISND plus your paper number, e.g. 2007ISND-He-123 or 2007ISND-Xu-214. We expect to receive the registration fees by August 15 for prompt processing your paper for publication. We may be able to wait until September 1 to actually receive the money, if you inform us that the money has been transferred by August 15. Please send me the proof of your payment via email ijnsns@yahoo.com.cn or fax 0086-21-62378066.
The registration fee is US$400 or RMB3,000 per paper less than 6 pages, which includes a copy of the proceedings, reception, coffee break, daily meals, banquet. Accompanied person should pay US$200 for reception and daily meals. Publishing papers longer than 6 pages is expensive and is discouraged. If an author submits the final version of a paper that is more than 6 pages, he/she will be charged for USD$150 for every two additional pages, e.g., if your paper is 7 or 8 pages, you should pay totally USD 550.
You should assume all costs related to money transfer.
Full Registration after August 15 is US$500
. Due to the cost of processing international money transfer, the registration fees are non-refundable.
For those who have difficulty in attending the Symposium, they can register their papers which can be posted in poster column.
Please withdraw your papers immediately if you are sure that you CAN NOT register your paper. We further discourage authors with multiple papers. The full registration fees are assessed on each individual paper, regardless of the authorship.
We are now making conference badges for attendee of the symposium. Please provided me with the following information.

2)Your Full Name and accompaying person's name
The personal badge is your entrance ticket to all conference sessions and
other arrangements. Thus participants are requested to always wear their
badge.
If you need an acceptance letter for visa application , please email me.
If you have already booked the tickets, please email your arrival
time and flight and possible a photo to Ms. Yue Wu by email noodlewu@mail.dhu.edu.cn ( for
arrival and flight only) , we can arrange a student to catch you in the
airport by request on 26 and 27 Oct. Please note that there are two airports in shanghai,
Pudong airport and Hongqiao airport.
