Registration fee

The registration fee is US$400 per paper less than 6 pages, which includes a copy of the proceedings, reception, coffee break, daily meals, banquet. Accompanied person should pay US$200 for reception and daily meals. Publishing papers longer than 6 pages is expensive and is discouraged. If an author submits
the final version of a paper that is more than 6 pages, he/she will be charged for USD$150 for every two additional pages.
Due to the cost of processing international money transfer, the registration fees are non-refundable.
For those who have difficulty in attending the Symposium, they can register their papers which can be posted in poster column.

All presented and posted papers will be published in Proceedings, which will be sent to some famous data bases , such as, Sci-E, EI (Compendex) and ISTP, for evaluation, so that the Proceedings can be indexed. The review procedure guarantees a good evaluation of the Proceedings Authors of the best 10%-20% of the papers presented at the conference will be invited to adapt their papers for their publication in some international journals. Each paper is subject to journal’s page charge policy.



Accommodations
The conference will be held at Donghua University. There are basically three types of accommodations available to fit attendee's budget.
1) 4 star hotel: Galaxy Hotel(Yinhe Hotel) or Hongqiao Hotel about USD 100-USD200 per night for a standard room with two beds (the double-bed room). One room can accommodate two persons.

2) Rooms at Xitianyou Hotel: A standard room with 2 or 3 beds at this hotel costs about USD 40 per night.

3) Donghua University Hotel : A standard room with 2 or 3 beds costs USD 20-30 per night.
